I set up my own practice upon graduating from law school. My practice focuses on Civil and Criminal Litigation.Example cases
One case which stands out was a Domestic Violence matter with serious bodily injury. My client was facing a maximum exposure of four years in prison. My client had just purchased the first home he and his children had ever known. With the cooperation of the Court, the District Attorneys Office, the victim, and my client, and due to the unique circumstances of the case, we were able to work out a plea where my client was placed on probation and did thirty days home confinement. He was able to keep up with the mortgage payments and keep his home.
Another nice success story revolves around a DUI matter. A client of mine was arrested for DUI while on vacation in Sonoma County. With the help of the Court, the local volunteer center, and the DA's office, justice was achieved while protecting the rights and interests of an out
of state visitor. My client was allowed to complete 50 hours of volunteer work in her home town, instead of making a separate trip back to Sonoma County to serve what would have been the required jail time.

Yes. I feel it is important for a client to find out if they can work well with whoever is representing them. I provide a free initial consultation.
Yes, I do offer fixed prices. Quite a few clients want to know what they are financially responsible for at the beginning of representation. They specifically ask for a set fee. I will accommodate each client on a case by case basis, with either an hourly rate or a set fee.

I clerked in the District Attorney's office just to get exposure to the Courtroom. I never thought I would enjoy criminal law as much as I have.
In many cases it makes it easier when clients educate themselves. It can speed up my job of educating them about the process.
Any individual who wants to communicate with either the Court or the DA's office should always have that communication checked by an attorney first.
It is not easy representing yourself in any legal matter. The risks in civil law are usually simply monetary, while the risks in criminal law are your liberty. I always advise anyone facing a loss of liberty to be represented.
During law school I worked as a clerk for the District Attorney's Office. Prior to attending law school, I was in the Business world, working as the Operations Manager for a medical examination company.
My years of work experience in business, solving problems, and providing excellent service.
I have the ability to see many different angles of the same set of facts. I use this skill to advocate for my clients' best interest.Personal interests:
