I chose bankruptcy as my primary area of practice because I excelled in the bankruptcy law courses that I took. Also, as a degreed electrical engineer, I am trained to work with technical information.
I feel that an informed client usually makes the best decisions. I am in favor of client's educating themselves.
I am unwilling to review documents prepared by clients.
I am unwilling to coach clients who want to represent themselves.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, I worked as an electrical engineer from 1985 to 1992.
I believe that being a husband and a father of four children helps me be a better lawyer because I am used to helping others solve their everyday problems.
I am straightforward and honest. I tell my clients what I can achieve for them and then achieve their goals.
Personal interests:I love to go fishing and scuba diving. I am a family man who loves to spend time with my wife and four children.
