Firm Focus and History
My firm was established when I began my fight to protect the rights of the victimized, taking on large insurance companies and big businesses to fight for the rights of my clients.
My firm is focused on protecting the rights of personal injury victims who have suffered from a preventable accident in the San Diego area. With an intimate knowledge of the laws surrounding personal injury and an unwavering devotion to the success of my clients, I have proven time and time again that I have what it takes to help clients fight for their deserved amount of monetary compensation.
Previous Employment Summary
I have spent my entire career learning the nuances and details of personal injury law so that I am better equipped to protect the legal rights of my clients.
What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?
I believe every client should maintain an understanding of the legal issues that they are facing so that they can stay informed and involved as we move forward through the personal injury claim process.
Are you willing to review documents prepared by clients?
I will review all documents that I believe will be beneficial to my pursuit of my client’s best interests.
Are you willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?
In an initial case consultation, I will sit down and evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis to determine the way in which I will best be able to help my clients.
Why did you decide to be a lawyer?
I decided to become a lawyer because I wanted the chance to offer my clients the creative legal assistance that they would deserve in the wake of something as tragic and life-altering as a personal injury. I wanted to be able to step in and be support that they could rely on in this troubling time in their lives.
What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?
My constant exposure to the law and my years of experience have given me an extensive knowledge and sophistication that cannot be imitated by an attorney that has not spent considerable time dealing with personal injury law.
Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?
I chose personal injury law because of the profound effect that it can have on those who are forced to deal with it. Victims of personal injury accidents will already have a considerable amount on their plate - I just want to be able to help alleviate the burden.
What do you like best about your career?
I love the ability to provide a serious assistance to people who truly deserve it. Victims of personal injury accidents will be dealing with physical, emotional and financial pain. I just want to be able to provide support and guidance as they fight through the legalities to help them on their way to a brighter future.

When a client comes to work with my firm, they can be sure that they will receive tailor-made solutions and a human, caring touch in what is a difficult, exhausting situation.
