Initial consultation ranges from free to $195, depending on case. Initial telephone call to discuss case is always free.

Services Offered For Fixed Fees?

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

My interest in business law stems from my background in Economics, as well as my experience as owner shareholder of multiple small businesses. There is a great amount of pride and pleasure which is associated with helping a business grow and become a success for its owners and shareholders.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

A knowledgeable client can be a lawyer's best partner in advocating the client's best interests.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

I am willing to review documents brought in by our clients.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

I do not believe a person should represent him or herself, even if said person is a lawyer.

Mario F. Riquelme

Partner at Elliott, Anderson, Riquelme & Wilson, LLP since, 2009. Prior work experience includes practice as sole practitioner, and work at a litigation intensive family law firm, and District Attorney's office.

My ability to put myself in my client's shoes, and to try to see each problem from his or her perspective, makes me a passionate advocate for the client's interests.
