Consultation charges are $225 per hour. Retainer fee ranges from $2,500 to $5,000 depending on the complexity of the case. Retainers are billed at $225 hour for attorney time. Unused retainers are refunded to the client at the final conclusion of the case.

I prefer to reach an amicable resolution, in which the parties play an integral role in constructing the final agreement and outcome of their case. Avoiding animosity between parents and fostering a successful co-parenting plan is extremely important in custody cases.
