Firm Focus and History

My firm focuses exclusively on protecting the rights of people suffering from a personal injury. I am dedicated to helping people achieve full financial compensation no matter the circumstances they are personally facing.

Established in 1995, Lanier Law Group has helped clients suffering from all kinds of personal injuries.

Previous Employment Summary

I previously worked as an associate for a law firm focused on insurance defense before moving to start my own firm.

What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

It is important that the client fully understands the legal issues they are facing and I am always interested in sitting down to discuss their case so they can comprehend the ramifications and consequences as best they can.

Are you willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Anything that will help me in my pursuit for a client's success is welcomed.

Are you willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

I am always open to sit down and talk to clients to decide how to best help them.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

It is a challenging and enriching experience to help people fight insurance companies to get maximum monetary compensation. A personal injury is often a life-altering experience -- I consider it my duty to work as hard as I can to help my clients set their lives back on track once more.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

My previous experience practicing insurance defense and working for a different company gives me a strong understanding of the way insurance companies work to help me best aid my clients on their way to a successful result.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

Personal injury can be a devastating blow in a person's life. I know that it can be difficult, even seemingly impossible to overcome, which is why I want to offer the best support, advice and guidance that I can to make it as painless of a procedure as possible. When you have suffered as much as you already have, you deserve the proper compensation to successfully move forward once more.

What do you like best about your career?

I enjoy helping clients overcome these trials so that they can move on into a new chapter in their life. It's not easy, but protecting their rights and fighting for their future is something that I am extremely passionate about.

Tell us about your law firm:

I work with four other attorneys who all bring unique and strong backgrounds to their table. They give the firm a rich history and combined prowess that is hard to beat.

What are your strengths and style?

I am compassionate and tenacious in approaching all personal injury cases. They are not something that should be treated lightly or with a crude hand and I am dedicated to making sure my clients are well-cared for while their case is being aggressively pursued.

Personal Interests:

I enjoy practicing law and offering the best legal support that I can. I love my career.

Nolo's Licensing Check

Attorneys have passed a licensing check. Nolo has confirmed that every member attorney has a valid license and is in good standing with the state agency that licenses lawyers upon joining the directory.

Directory lawyers are required to notify Nolo immediately if they become the subject of any disciplinary action by any state licensing agency.
