Example Cases
1) I was able to help a person who was blamed for being at fault for a car wreck. I had the charges dismissed in trial and was able to be successful in the civil side of the car wreck; paying for all injuries and making the client happy with the outcome.
2) Client was injured in a car wreck requiring back surgery. I was able to investigate and successfully go after the company she was working for at the time of the car wreck. Client was very happy with the results.

Previous Employment Summary
Prior to starting my own firm, I worked for a large defense firm in Atlanta, defending billion dollar corporations. I worked for two years in the pharmaceutical industry prior to starting my own firm.
What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?
I believe clients should be educated on their legal issues, so they can make the best decisions and understand the possible effects of that decision.

While my area of practice does not lend itself to review documents, I am eager to help in any capacity.

My work in many small businesses has helped me relate with people from all walks of life.
Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?
There is nothing more satisfying than helping an injured person get back on their feet.
What do you like best about your career?
I like being able to help people; there is nothing more rewarding than helping someone who was refused, ignored or denied and left to deal with their problem because the person responsible just hoped they would go away. Helping people in that position has a reward that words cannot describe; it is why I became lawyer.

What are your strengths and style?
My straight forwardness is my style and my strength. My clients know no matter what the answer is, I will be forthcoming and will tell them what they need to hear

My family is everything to me; I have little time to enjoy them so they gladly occupy my free time.
