Daytona Beach DUI Attorney

I am a former Daytona Beach DUI prosecutor. At the State Attorney's office I handled thousands of cases including hundreds of DUI cases. As a former Florida prosecutor criminal defense attorney I have extensive litigation experience including pre-trial motion practice and trials.

As a former prosecutor I understand what gets a case reduced or even dropped. I also understand what concerns a prosecutor has when making decisions to reduce a case. I am often able to point out these issues and take steps to alleviate concerns and document the file to justify a reduction. I had an opportunity to observe a great deal of DUI litigation in Daytona Beach and use my past experience to effectively draft pre-trial motions to suppress evidence. My goal is not to increase litigation and drive up cost, but to use motion practice and trial when needed to obtain a favorable resolution. I enjoy spending time with my family. I enjoy a variety of activities including, fishing, weightlifting, a saltwater fish tank, home improvement projects, college football and sometimes just acting like a kid with my kids and bounce from hobby to hobby.
