Firm Focus and History
My firm was established so that we could offer the residents of Colorado specialized and aggressive representation that is backed up by more than just words, but rather with proven results.
My firm is focused on bringing specialized and compassionate legal support to those who are currently suffering from the emotional, financial, and physical stress involved with a personal injury. By keeping our firm specifically focused on this area of law, I am able to offer expert advice instead of broad, generalized support.
Previous Employment Summary
I have spent my career assisting those in need of representation regarding personal injuries and have accumulated a track record of success. I offer my clients the full benefit of my experience and knowledge using every resource available to me to get them their desired result.
What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?
I think clients should stay informed on the legal issues and therefore I encourage clients to pursue educating themselves and am willing to assist them however I can.
Are you willing to review documents prepared by clients?
I will review any documents provided by the client that I feel are beneficial towards my legal efforts.
Are you willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?
I will evaluate my client's case so that we can decide together the way I am best able to assist them.
Why did you decide to be a lawyer?
I decided to become a lawyer because I feel that the victims of personal injuries deserve to be represented and given a voice in life-altering situations. They deserve to have their rights protected to the full extent of the law and I work hard to make sure they receive such protection.
What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?
My participation in some of Colorado's most important litigation has given me a hands-on experience with the law that not every lawyer can boast. I am intimately involved and therefore am able to offer dynamic and organic advice that comes from many years immersed in the process; rather than a studied, textbook response.
Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?
Personal injuries are life-altering and if handled poorly can leave a victim forever crippled financially, physically, and emotionally. I wanted to be able to make a difference by stepping in to work hard for their future; giving them the resources necessary to rebuild their life.
What do you like best about your career?
I love being able to make a noticeable impact on my client's lives. The challenge of fighting insurance companies is worth it when I am able to witness the reward of my client's moving forward with the compensation needed to create a new foundation for their lives.
Tell us about your law firm:
I work with several lawyers and am confident they can and will offer our clients the legal support needed. We all offer a unique perspective and work together to give our clients the guidance they need.
What are your strengths and style?
I am compassionate and aggressive when it comes to defending my clients. I leave no stone unturned in my efforts to get the optimum outcome. No matter the lengths that are needed or the steps that must be taken; I am ready to work in every way possible to assist my clients.
Personal Interests:
I love to practice law and assist my clients on their way to a brighter future.
