The firm was just established on November 2, 2009, upon leaving career prosecutor position with the Imperial County District Attorney.
I am committed to vigorously representing defendants named in criminal cases before all departments of the Imperial County Superior Court and the Department of Motor Vehicles, including misdemeanor and felony cases--emphasizing "Three Strikes" and other serious felonies, drug-related crimes and DUIs.
As a prosecutor, I single-handedly prosecuted the longest drug trafficking jury trial in Imperial County history (seven and one-half weeks) with convictions against all defendants and complicated evidentiary issues regarding wiretapped conversations, admissibility of foreign language transcripts and use of cellular telephone cell tower site records.

I encourage clients to research both the law and the practical aspects of criminal proceedings.
I want to review every document related to the client's matter and will provide a free initial consultation in that regard.

As one of the most active prosecutors during that time, I conducted over 40 jury trials, including "Three Strikes" felonies, prison crimes, narcotics trafficking and DUI jury trials in Brawley, Calexico and El Centro, suffering only a single acquittal.
