I recently defended an individual charged with multiple incidents of aggravated assault on Police Officers, as well as attempting to disarm a police officer. He was facing multiple second degree offenses and in excess of 50 years in collective jail exposure based on multiple charges and cases. After considerable work, including motions and other applications to the Court, we were able to obtain probation for our client. The client and his family were ecstatic.

In another recent case, I represented an individual charged with Second Degree Possession with Intent to Distribute and, unfortunately, the related arrest also involved Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (i.e. handgun). We invested significant time on behalf of our client and, in the end, were able to have the charge disposed of via Pretrial Intervention. The result was an excellent one and my client could not be happier with the outcome.
