How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I chose the bankruptcy field because it is where I had prior experience, and I wanted to give people an option of personal service in bankruptcies. I love showing my clients that there is a light at the end of the tunnel by providing them a fresh start.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

I think it is very important for a client to understand the bankruptcy process. I educate my clients but always encourage them to do further research and to ask me any and all questions they have!

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

I do not review documents my clients prepare. I prepare all the documents in my office.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

I do not recommend a client representing themselves in a bankruptcy. The bankruptcy process is very complicated; even attorneys who do not practice bankruptcy on a regular basis have an attorney.
