How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I have always fought for the underdog. In the law, there is no area that is more uneven than the injury victim against the insurance company. I am doing my part, one client at a time, to make sure that injury victims get the justice they deserve, even when the odds are stacked against them.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

I believe that it is the lawyer's duty is to educate the public about their rights. That is why I have made my books available at no charge to Washington residents.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

It depends.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

It is usually not a good idea; however, there are some cases where a lawyer is not required. If that is the case, I believe in helping people obtain justice, even if I'm not representing them.

Jason Epstein

From 1981 to 1984 Darryl worked as co-counsel on numerous cases with the legendary Howard Moore Jr., known throughout the country as the leading scholar on issues of individual liberty and civil rights.
