I represent corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and individuals in business related disputes such as breach of contract, interference with contract, fraud, trademark disputes, employment related litigation, and securities litigation.

Employment Law

I provide counsel to senior executives and high-level employees in the planning, negotiation, and preparation of employment contracts and severance agreements and, if necessary, the litigation to enforce those agreements.

Additionally, I represent individuals, and sometimes a large class of individuals, who were wrongfully denied overtime pay and/or rest breaks.

I average about 20-25 hours of continuing legal education every year to sharpen my skills to better be able to serve my clients.

I had a six-week jury trial involving claims of securities fraud. My most enjoyable case was beating Ford in a jury trial for great clients whose Ford Thunderbird self-ignited while parked in their garage. My most satisfying case was saving the shareholders of a private company from being looted by corrupt executives.
