My firm specializes in personal injury, and by focusing specifically on this area, we are well-versed and able to handle all of the many different aspects of it. By immersing ourselves completely in the field, we are intimately knowledgeable in every angle and aspect of personal injury law.

Our firm was established in 1987 to fight for victim's rights when they have suffered from a personal injury accident of any kind.

Previous Employment Summary

Before beginning to practice law, I worked as a private negligence investigator for a large law firm for seven years. By working as an investigator I am able to understand the evidence and signs that will assist me in my efforts to get my clients full financial compensation.

What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

A well-educated client will be able to help me make the best decisions for their situation, and therefore, I am eager to help all clients in educating themselves about the situation that they are in.

I welcome all documents that will assist me in my efforts to maximize my clients' monetary compensation.

Are you willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

In my free initial case consultation, I will sit down to discuss with my client the best way that I will be able to help them.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

I decided to become a lawyer because I firmly believe that every injury victim deserves to be represented to the full extent of the law. I think too many lawyers cut corners and give apathetic defense, and I want to be able to offer them fully devoted legal support to get them through this troubling time in their life.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

My experience working as a private negligence investigator has given me a unique perspective when looking to help my clients fight for their rights. By working so intimately with the process, I understand the signs to look for and how to best utilize the evidence and resources at hand to give my clients the fighting edge that they need.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

Personal injuries have a way of forever altering the direction that a person's life will take, and I think it's vitally important that the victims of these kinds of accidents have the representation that they deserve. By working to defend the rights of the injured, I am able to help them in their time of need.

What do you like best about your career?

I love the rewarding work of helping a victim of an accident get on their feet once more to move forward into a new chapter in their lives. It's challenging, but enriching to assist them fight against the big dog insurance companies to get the compensation that they need.
