What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

The better a client is educated, the better he or she can understand the process. We do everything we can to make the process as simple and understandable as possible for our clients.

Are your attorneys willing to review documents prepared by clients?

We are willing to review any documents that pertain to the client's particular situation. The more information we have about the client's case, the better service we can provide.

Are your attorneys willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

In personal injury, workers' compensation and medical malpractice cases, it is best to have a skilled attorney who has experience handling insurance companies and getting results.

Are your attorneys willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

We are always willing to discuss options with a potential client. If we believe that we can be effective, we will do everything we can to help the person recover compensation for his or her losses.

What are your policies about dividing work among the firm's partners, associates, and paralegals to make the process most cost-effective for the client?

We divide work according to the team best suited for the file-type. We have teams for medical malpractice, mass litigation/class actions, personal injury, consumers matters and workers' compensation. Our firm has six attorneys who serve on our various practice teams.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Because we are highly selective on the cases we accept and because we spend willingly to properly finance our open files, most of our cases resolve prior to litigation. Good cases with reasonable parties will usually resolve prior to litigation with proper attorney representation.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

We operate on a contingency fee basis. If we don't get you compensation, we don't get paid either.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We are a close-knit team and we really consider our clients to be family. It is always our goal to provide the best possible service.
