We are experienced attorneys having handled engagements both large and small. The Firm was created to break away from the limitations of "big firm," law practice to enable us to serve clients in an array of industries and matters. We are a group of attorneys having practiced at some of the most elite and respected law firms in the United States. Our model is simple, we deliver a legal service seldom before available to the consumer and middle market. We are able to deliver these results and experiences because we do not shoulder the expenses typically associated with large law firms.
Our Firm practices primarily in the area of complex litigation and complex bankruptcy. Although we at times serve clients in other areas, these engagements are limited to client specific needs. We are fortunate to be selective of our clients and the engagements that we choose, placing an emphasis on honest, real world outcomes that deliver value to clients.

Our practice area is the byproduct of our strengths. We draw on deep institutional knowledge in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation and as such, deliver a service that is unmatched. We do what we're good at, because we love our jobs.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

An informed client is an invaluable part of the process. We have found that clients more familiar with the both the legal and practical challenges presented are more adept at identifying achievable results in a timely and cost-effective manner.

While we believe that there are individuals who are capable of handling matters independently, we believe firmly that in the end, the piece of mind and accountability created by the attorney client relationship is priceless.

Many of the Firm's attorneys including its principal were trained at top law schools in the United States and have worked for AM100 Law Firms in New York, New Jersey and Florida. Upon graduation from Law School, many of our attorneys honed their skills as Judicial Law Clerks working for noted and respected Judges.

Our lawyers come from a vast array of backgrounds. We speak a number of different languages and each and every one of us started at the proverbial "bottom" and worked our way up. Our team is comprised of individuals who defined themselves as leaders and obtained their accomplishments by doing, not knowing the right people.

We are aggressive. While we aim to find compromise where there is one, the truth is that we are trial lawyers and in the end, that background gives us the unique ability to find practical solutions to complex problems.
