The present civil litigation law corporation was formed in 1970 and was first known as Mead, Bradley & Whitcomb, Inc. The firm is now known as Bradley, Curley, Asiano, Barrabee & Gale, P.C.
Our lawyers' expertise has uniquely qualified them to handle cases that require special vocational insights and medical knowledge. Our attorneys, for example, have previously worked as registered nurses, dentists, insurance claims adjusters, police officers, and emergency medical technicians, and many are members of various local, state and national legal associations. Additionally, several of our attorneys frequently present courses in risk management and current legal developments.
Our areas of practice include: professional liability, products liability, construction liability, drug and medical device, transportation, public entity and agency defense, employment law, environmental liability, coverage and bad faith liability, general tort liability, writ and appeals, real estate law, intellectual property/trade secrets, and personality and sports representation and management.
The firm is a certified minority owned business having received certification through the State of California (Cal-Trans), Regional Transit Association (RTA) and the City and County of San Francisco Human Rights Commission. Our support and management staff is race and gender balanced in keeping with our commitment to diversity.
We recently successfully acquired a domain stolen by a competitor who infringed trademarks; the client was extremely pleased.
We are currently in the process of litigating a theft of trade secrets case.

I chose to work in intellectual property, personal injury, and product liability because it is cutting edge law that's ever changing. Also, in this area of the country intellectual property cases are very prevalent.
I am all for it. I appreciate it when clients educate themselves because they then have an overall view of their problem or situation prior to meeting me.

I worked my way through college and law school; I feel it makes me a well-rounded attorney in all of my cases.
I am very good at negotiating resolutions through effective litigation.
I start work early, work hard, and am available for clients when they need me.
I enjoy spending time with my wife and son; I also like to golf and surf when I can.
