My firm was established when we began to see the havoc that foreclosures were having on individuals and families throughout the nation. With the recent crash of the economy, and the mortgage issues, I have seen how greedy lenders have placed families in the worst of situations. I therefore have stepped forward to help protect clients on the cutting-edge of this new area of the law. To protect them when it is needed most.
My firm is focused on helping clients who are struggling with the possibility of foreclosures. Clients that choose to work with a Miami foreclosure defense attorney from my firm can be confident knowing that they have a lawyer on their side that is unwaveringly dedicated to providing high-quality and trustworthy legal assistance. I am not satisfied with subpar legal representation and rather will do everything that I can to help my clients keep their homes and move forward in their foreclosure issues.

I chose foreclosure defense because of the upswing in issues that I saw following Hurricane Katrina. Before then, foreclosure law was practically unheard of. Now, however, it is quickly exposing the greed and corruption that has been occurring in the mortgage industry. I have stepped forward to defend consumers - and to work tirelessly in my attempts to allow them to stay in their home.
Foreclosure will have a profound impact on the lives of my clients. I do not recommend that they enter into any legal proceeding without first fully preparing and educating themselves. Then, should they be faced with foreclosure, I highly encourage two things: that they contact me and that they begin to work on informing themselves on the legal issues at hand.
It depends on the documents. If I deem them relevant to the case, I will be more than happy to take the time to sit down and review them. I want to ensure that I am staying focused on the case, so I do not recommend sending me irrelevant documents; however, the more applicable knowledge I have, the better able I'll be to help.
This is an issue that is best discussed in person or over the phone. To get your specific answer, I recommend that you contact my firm and schedule an initial case consultation.
Before opening up Graham Legal, P.A. in 1995, I was proud to serve in several different positions. From 1981-1983, I was both a certified legal intern at the U.S. Attorney's Office and the State Attorney's Office. From there, I went to serve as an Associate Attorney at Michell, Harris for two years. Following that, I was a Sr. Associate at Taylor Brion Buker & Green. During my time as a Sr. Associate, I was also proud to serve as an Adjunct Professor of Law at St. Thomas Law School for two years.
I have more than two decades of legal experience that I bring to the table for each and every case. I know the law intimately and can provide a comprehensive, dynamic level of representation that can be truly counted on. As a civil trial lawyer, I have focused my career mainly on assisting clients through issues with personal injury law; however, I have recently switched my focus to helping clients stay in their homes when faced with serious foreclosure issues.
I am passionate. I truly believe in what I do and am glad to fight down to the wire against unreasonable and corrupt lenders. I have been described as a quiet man, but one that can fight like a bulldog. I am meticulous and thorough, but always remain tenacious in my attempts to give my clients the assistance they need in seeking their desirable outcome.Personal interests:
I love to practice law. It's a challenge, but a rewarding one that I am grateful for the chance to participate in on a daily basis.
