At our firm, the client comes first. We are all about providing quality legal services at affordable rates. We like our clients to know that we are committed to making sure that their legal needs are met. Our practice areas include business law, entertainment law and public contract law. It is important to me to make sure that whatever the legal matter is, my clients leave knowledgeable and satisfied with the services that we have provided.
My firm was established in 2009 with my primary focus being entertainment law because my background was in the entertainment industry. Since then, I have branched out into other areas of business law because as an entrepreneur myself, I have encountered many of the same issues that my clients have faced. I have also expanded to include areas of public contract law.
• One of my clients had just been awarded a government contract and needed to have his subcontractor agreements negotiated and drafted. It was a lengthy process, but also a great experience to work with other attorneys to amicably get the contracts drafted according to our client's needs.
• Another client I had was starting a small business and needed to establish the entity, but he was unsure whether he wanted or needed to establish an LLC or corporation. We sat down and went through the differences between an LLC and corporation, and the pros and cons of establishing one over the other.

I chose business law because I have friends and family that own businesses, and I wanted to be able to help them. Also, there are so many different areas within business law that I sometimes get to do something different every day which makes it very interesting.
I think it's great when clients have educated themselves on legal issues because it shows they are taking an active interest in the issues they are facing, and they are better able to understand the information that I am giving them.
I am willing to review documents prepared by clients.
I am not willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves.
Prior, to passing the bar I worked for a solo practitioner where I helped with contract drafting and review, and I interned in RKO Pictures legal department.
I am a business owner myself and feel this definitely helps me in dealing with people establishing businesses or having business issues because I understand what they are going through.
My strengths are that I am very attentive to my clients' concerns and very meticulous when it comes to details. Things that may not seem important to other people are important and relevant to me because you never know what is going to be important later.Personal interests:
I love traveling, going to the movies, reading and I'm a lover of all things Apple.
