What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?
It is important for clients to have a basic understanding of how the justice system works and to formulate an idea of the issues that affect their interests. However, any interpretation of the law and how its applied, as well as the strategy involved in accomplishing a client's intentions, should be left to the discretion and training of an attorney.
