Many problems require professional help. People can begin the self-help process then need a lawyer to help bring the case to successful conclusion. Procedure is very difficult to master and poor procedure can cause you to lose an otherwise winnable case.

I am strong on empathy and helping understand what clients need. I answer the telephone and will talk as long as needed. This surprises many clients who expect to reach an associate or secretary.
