How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I chose personal injury law because I know the deep impact that it can have on the future of a victim. While I know that I will never be able to make this accident disappear, I am devoted to making the future as painless as possible. With creative ideas and an eye for details, I can be there to help clients find solid ground once more, receive the compensation that they deserve and move forward in their life.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Entering into a situation while you are in the dark is never recommended. You should never just blindly enter into a legal situation - I encourage all pursuit of education. If you work with me, I will not only support you in your education, I will help you in whatever way that I can.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

If the document is relevant and informative, I will gladly review it. Cases are often hinged upon details and who has the most information at their disposal. I am glad to look over all relevant client-prepared documents in my efforts to build their case.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

In an initial case evaluation, the client and I will discuss the unique case and determine how I will best be able to help clients in their efforts to seek just compensation.

I have worked at several different firms over the years. Each and every one taught me something new that I am able to provide to my clients. By utilizing my extensive experience, I am able to give my clients the knowledgeable and honest legal assistance that they truly deserve. Prior to opening my private practice, I spent considerable time serving as an insurance defense lawyer. This has given me a unique understanding of the tactics used by insurance companies. I know what they will do because I used to do the same. This allows me to continually work at staying one step ahead of them.

I am creative and hard-hitting. I enjoy a challenge and will gladly take on daunting situations. When I am presented with an obstacle, my clients can trust that I will simply dig in, using my vast resources in my attempts to create a dynamic strategy for overcoming it.

Personal interests:

I am passionate about practicing law and fully immerse myself in it. Regardless of the case, I enjoy the challenge and love the opportunity to better myself as I work at helping my clients overcome the issues that they are struggling with.
