How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

There are so many people in financial trouble of one kind or another right now. Many of them can significantly improve their chance to make a recovery through filling bankruptcy.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

While it is not critical that clients understand every nuance of bankruptcy law, having a sound understanding of what you own, and what you owe is a critical first step. From there, our attorneys can lay out a plan to discharge most of your debt, and we can typically arrange for you to keep your home and cars.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

We are willing to help review documents to ensure they are accurate, but we do not assist clients in the filing of their own bankruptcies.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

We do not work with clients who are representing themselves.
