I was a former Military Officer, B-52 Instructor. After law school, I worked as an attorney for the Sacramento District Attorney. I found that my beliefs were better served by representing individuals who are facing the wrath of local government.

Example cases

I have done everything from DUIs to murders. I am currently involved in Civil Rights Litigation in Federal Court. We have one that is considered a class action that I am working on with another attorney.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Because of my belief that the local government will try to abolish our rights if we don't remain vigilant.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Knowledge is power. All clients should be fully informed to any legal issues they may face. It is important to learn what the government is trying to do and ensure that the government does not trample on the rights you are guaranteed.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

I am not willing to review documents prepared by clients.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

No. I do not believe that it is in anyone's best interest to represent themselves in a court of law. (A lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client)
