I founded my firm after I decided to help my clients no matter the legal situation they are facing. No matter if on the defense or offense, I wanted to help my clients successfully navigate the law.
My firm is able to handle a wide range of cases, whether they are personal injury or criminal defense. By offering a wide array of services, I can provide legal guidance and support in either personal injury or criminal defense cases. I can help you if you are looking for compensation for a car accident, truck accidents or dog bite for example. I can also help you if you are facing charges for such things as a DUI, drug crime, white collar crime or assault and battery.

I believe that everyone deserves the right to be able to retain a strong legal support system when undergoing something as stressful as an entanglement with the legal system. The results of personal injury and criminal defense cases can be life altering. I want to do everything that I can to help you protect your future so that you can move forward as easily as possible.
I think it is important that clients understand the legal issues that they are currently in. I am more than willing to sit down and help clients educate themselves.
Any documents that will better help me understand and successfully deal with your case are welcome.
Depending on the situation, I am open to speaking with clients about their case and offer the help best suited for their needs.
Whenever you decide to hire an attorney, 'google' their name and do your homework; and also review their legal works and writings for other clients.
Undergraduate studies in Philosophy which is viewed as most effective for legal analysis.
My firm was established with the perspective that every client deserves a strong criminal defense attorney, and that providing this service at reasonable rates is an important matter to me. We take on each case with a firm resolve to fight for a better outcome for our client, no matter how serious the offense. We spend the necessary time on each case that allows us to find the flaws or errors and exploit them for our client. I understand how important the outcome of your case is, and will aggressively seek to defend you through a knowledgeable application of defense strategy for your specific case.
It is astonishing how many cases have errors that can be exposed that can lead to successful court challenges to suppress certain evidence. When a case dismissal is possible through a failure of law enforcement to follow the correct procedures, you can be assured we will be there in court fighting for this outcome every step of the way.
Effective criminal defense is more than simply talking persuasively to a judge and jury. Investigators too often are simply interested in gathering enough information to make an arrest and may ignore facts which show innocence. An experienced criminal defense lawyer understands that police officers and investigators like anyone else can make mistakes and will thoroughly examine their actions. Where an investigator has violated a client's rights during the investigation, this can be used to request (file a motion) that the judge dismiss the case against a defendant. If the judge is convinced that the defendant's rights have been violated, he or she can dismiss the case.
A prosecutor usually has only the information contained in the investigator's reports to decide on whether or not to charge a suspect with a crime. I listen carefully to understand a client's situation, interview witnesses and dig deeply to unearth all of the facts. Most of the work occurs before a trial starts. In some cases where a client brought me into the case early enough, I have been able to present information to a prosecutor which was missing from the reports in the file so the prosecutor reduced the charge or dropped the case altogether. My staff and I are dedicated to providing a compelling defense for our clients.
