I am interested in the best business practices and governance for companies.
We always encourage clients to educate themselves and have a basic understanding of their legal issues.
Our firm is always willing to review a document prepared by a client. This can be very helpful in best determining the clients wishes with regard to that particular matter.
From a liability standpoint this is not a practice our firm engages in.
Prior to being a founding member of Batten & Beasley, I was a sole practitioner focusing on business law and consumer bankruptcy.
My career history has focused on customer service.
One of my strengths is the ability to communicate with clients. We believe that without a high attention to communication between the firm and client, the client does not receive the care and attention that is required to form a lasting relationship.
Personal interests:I enjoy the outdoor and spending time with my family.
