We are available 24/7 to all of our clients, who can personally reach me by phone at any time, night or day, even on weekends. We take client service very seriously: Our philosophy is that our clients come first and we do everything we can to aggressively represent them in the best way possible according to their needs.

We provide a full range of services in the areas of family law, divorce, child custody, spousal support, child support, dui and criminal defense, personal injury, wage and hour law, and medical marijuana law. In addition, we provide limited scope services and counseling to clients who prefer to represent themselves, or have limited resources but want the assistance and support of a law firm to provide guidance for the best possible outcome in their matters. Our firm is known for aggressive representation when appropriate in order to provide a high degree of protection for our clients.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I have been providing legal services for 30 years. Although my main interest was originally in land use and development, as the years went by, I became interested in other areas of law, and expanded as I saw fit. No matter the area of practice - service to the client is the basis for the excellence that I strive for, and service is my primary focus in training and managing the Beck Law staff.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Beck Law provides full services to all income levels ranging from limited scope assistance to clients who choose to represent themselves and need services in a particular area to aggressive representation in high end cases involving complex litigation.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Beck Law provides all levels of assistance to clients, including a limited scope consultation that is custom-fit to their particular needs, specifically for those clients who choose to prepare their own documentation or self-represent. In addition to being available 24/7 by telephone, we also provide valuable information to give those clients the confidence, skills and the "edge" necessary to improve their positions, and to the best of our ability, we assist those clients with valuable advice.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

Beck Law specializes in coaching clients who wish to represent themselves. We provide a "cafeteria plan" of customized services that clients can choose from that specifically address the client's personal needs to further their case with the best possible outcome. Clients can pay for these services on a flat rate basis - no retainer necessary. Clients can hire us for one hour or however long they choose to, on an as-needed-basis; and, as necessary, they can sign up for additional services when issues arise in the future which saves substantial money for the client. With this service, clients know ahead of time exactly what the cost of services will be.

Prior to starting a law practice, I worked for a Northern California law firm doing criminal law, land use law, family law and personal injury.

All of our attorneys at Beck Law have different life experiences and education that bring a diverse wealth of knowledge to Beck Law in the various areas of law that we specialize in. What makes me a better attorney is the pride I take in my children and the joy I experience in my family life. I have a devotion to service to our clients.

However, we provide services for all clients, of all socio-economic levels, and offer meditative processes as necessary depending on the circumstances of a particular case and what we believe will serve the client with the best possible outcome, given their individual situations. We have consistently been told by previous clients that our strength is in our ability to listen carefully to our clients, and work side by side with them, to provide them with the best representation possible.
