Yes. One hour for estate planning clients. Half hour for probate and trust administration clients.
Most estate planning services are provided on a fixed fee basis. A basic estate plan for a married couple (consisting of a living trust, wills, durable powers of attorney, healthcare directives, marital property agreement, and assistance with funding home) is generally between $2,500 and $4,000 for the couple. However, we rarely give a specific quote until the end of the one-hour consultation, because we need to understand each person's financial situation and estate planning goals in order to provide advice and make recommendations.
$350 for principal attorney; $200 for associate; $95 for paralegal time.

I enjoy working with people and assisting them in passing on their family wealth.
Educated clients make the best clients.

Yes.
Prior to forming Catalino Law Offices in 2004, I practiced for over 8 years in the Trusts and Estates Departments of two national law firms, Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, in Los Angeles, and the Orange County office of Baker & Hostetler LLP.
My experience teaching seminars and answering questions from lawyers and accountants regarding effective estate planning techniques has helped me in my practice.
I enjoy problem solving and communication solutions to clients.
My goal is to provide personalized service of the highest quality to individuals and families with an approach that is easy to understand, thorough and effective. Estate planning made easy.
I enjoy sports and spending time with family and friends.
