I assist clients that are seeking contested and uncontested divorces, both with and without children. I represent individuals in child custody and child support cases. I represent individuals that are seeking to enforce current Texas family law orders. I can also help with military divorces as long as one spouse is a resident of Texas.

I assist clients in preparing and executing wills, powers of attorneys, trusts, guardianship designations, and other estate planning documents in Texas. My clients range from newly married with young children, recently divorced, second marriage, retirement-ready and wealth transfer individuals in families. In addition, I can help probate estates and assist in guardianship actions.

Initial consultations are available for a reduced cost of $50.

For flat fee services, the retainer is typically the amount of the flat fee. For hourly services, our retainers range from $1,500 to $5,000 depending on the case.
