How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I like the clientele that is involved with family law. I also find these cases to be most interesting. I like being able to solve problems with a result that is beneficial for them.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

I think it's a good thing. I think if clients can educate themselves (though sometimes they have difficulty with some of the complexities), it's better to have an understanding of what can and cannot be accomplished.

Yes, depending on the circumstances.
