I wanted to help people. Specifically, I want to protect individuals from oppression against the State and big business.
In most cases I believe clients need legal representation.
Any document you intend to introduce in court should be reviewed by a lawyer.
No.
I began my career as a Warren County Prosecutor and have been in private practice representing individuals every since.
I have been practicing law for over 30 years. Having a family (a wife and two children) enables me to empathize with my client's situations, whether it be losing a family member or struggling with an injury.
I am a trial lawyer. I have a good working relationship with other attorneys and am often able to settle a case without putting my client through the experience of a trial. However, when a good settlement cannot be reached for my client, I use my trial skills and network of national experts to try each case.
Personal interests:When I am not at my office, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Ellen, and our two children. Even when I'm away from the office, I spend most of my time thinking about my clients and case strategies. I like to watch local sports teams and I enjoy reading about new developments in the law.
