We appreciate clients who have taken the time to understand someone of the legal issues concerning their case.

Are your attorneys willing to review documents prepared by clients?

We are willing to review documents. However, we will need to produce any document we are going to sign and file with a Court.

Are your attorneys willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

We are willing to provide advice for the Pro Se individual.

Probably not. That would need to be looked at on a case by case basis.

We divide the work in way that helps resolve the case as quickly and efficiently as possible.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Mediation and other alternative resolution measures are more and more common. Most Courts will order you to mediation prior to trial. We are in favor of any avenue which helps resolve the client's case efficiently and properly.

Chad Jones is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial. Less than 2% of the attorneys in Texas are Board Certified by the State of Texas. Mr. Jones will go to trial when necessary. Believe it or not, some law firms will not go to trial, the insurance companies know this.
