Firm was established in 1999 and has continued to provide legal advice to individuals and small businesses since its inception.
For over 22 years, I have devoted my practice to bankruptcy. For nearly eight years, I worked as a law clerk to bankruptcy judges. During the last thirteen years, I have been a sole practitioner assisting individuals and small businesses with financial issues.
Most of my cases involve individuals who are overwhelmed by debt resulting from various factors, such as loss of job, medical bills, divorce, or adjustment of mortgage interest rates.

I love bankruptcy law. It challenges me intellectually and also provides a way to help people similar to me.
Clients should review as much information as they can before meeting with an attorney, including the qualifications of the attorney. Is the attorney's practice related primarily to bankruptcy? Is the attorney available for your questions? How many years of experience does the attorney have? What do other attorneys think of your attorney?
I am unwilling to review documents. The mere asking that a lawyer review documents creates an attorney/client relationship that exposes the attorney to any consequences that may result in the action.
I do not believe I can assist a people who want to represent themselves.
Prior to opening my own firm, I worked as a law clerk to three different U.S. Bankruptcy Judges.
I was raised by a loving family that enjoyed helping in the community, and have this same desire to help people.
I am very honest with my clients, and do not try to sell potential clients on bankruptcy; rather, I discuss all of their options. If I feel that I cannot help, I let potential clients know immediately.
Personal interests:I am involved in my church and community and have been president of the local youth baseball league.
