Firm Overview

The firm was established as a sole practice in 1985 and initially focused on legal issues related to disabilities and special education. The firm has a consulting arm that specializes in international development.

Our firm specializes in representing businesses across a wide spectrum of issues, including business formation, general and government contracting, human resource development and regulatory compliance. We also represent individuals on issues related to estate planning: wills, health directives, trusts, etc. We have special expertise in creating special needs trusts.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

My over-arching goal is to provide quality and affordable services to clients on issues that are important to their everyday lives.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

We believe that a client's best interest is served if he or she is as fully informed as possible about legal issues that affect his or her life.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

This is a standard practice in our firm.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

We will coach clients informally on occasion.

Bradford P. Johnson

I have been a practicing attorney since 1985.

I have traveled widely on business to some of the poorest parts of the world. The perspective gained through travel and working with people who lead lives that are far different, and in most cases much more difficult, provide me with the humility and empathy often required of lawyers in the United States.

We focus on creative problem-solving that is responsive and timely.

Personal interests:

Reading, music, travel, and outdoor activities.
