Firm Focus and History
The Law Offices of Bradford Hodach was started in 2008 when I received my admission to practice law in California. I spent some time looking for a suitable location and finally settled on the present convenient location, a mere city block away from the federal building in Downtown Oakland, in December 2008.

Previous Employment Summary
I worked as an English teacher in Germany, Hungary, and Turkey for the better part of the 1990s. Upon my return to the Bay Area, I transitioned to a career in sales, which led me into the collections department of a major company I used to sell for. While conducting my duties as a business debt collector, I always remembered that I was dealing with human beings who, at times, run into debt problems which often appear insurmountable. I am now pleased to be on the debtor defense side of the fence, and vigorously defend debtors from creditors who cross the line. I have also worked, while in law school, as legal support in the areas of workers compensation and estate and trust.
