Yes, especially for personal injury cases, wrongful death and a number of other claims. The consult can range from an initial telephone conference to a lengthy office conference, depending on the case.

Services Offered For Fixed Fees?

Most work at my office is on a one-third contingency fee basis. I do not receive fees unless and until I recover money for my clients.

Clients who are well informed on legal issues help both themselves and their lawyers in accomplishing their goals.

I am happy to review documents clients have prepared; it often saves money and time and improves the final result.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

I commonly advise clients who intend to represent themselves on various matters. I often recommend that they do so in the right cases, but also tell them when I think they need a lawyer to represent them.

Before starting Brady & O'Shea, I was a partner at Crawford, Sullivan, Read, Roemerman and Brady from 1978 until 1997.
