I chose trial practice because I enjoy the art of advocacy and the excitement of trial.
Clients who are well informed on legal issues help both themselves and their lawyers in accomplishing their goals.
I am happy to review documents clients have prepared; it often saves money and time and improves the final result.
I commonly advise clients who intend to represent themselves on various matters. I often recommend that they do so in the right cases, but also tell them when I think they need a lawyer to represent them.
Before starting Brady & O'Shea, I was a partner at Crawford, Sullivan, Read, Roemerman and Brady from 1978 until 1997.
Every work experience, education and life experience makes someone a better lawyer.
While I think that my strengths would be better described by others, I believe that I am approachable, thorough and diligent.
Personal interests:My family, reading, music/guitar, travel, exercise and sports.
