How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Avie Croce had a tremendous opportunity while in law school to participate in a bankruptcy clinic which allowed her to work with the United States Trustee's Office, a panel trustee and a debtor attorney that educated her in the intricacies of Bankruptcy Law.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Avie Croce believes that the more informed the client, in regards to their specific legal issue, the more understanding and cooperative they will be in their legal proceedings.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

It really depends on the documents and on what they are trying to achieve. Ultimately, I would prepare the documents if they hire me as their counsel.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

I will not coach clients who want to represent themselves.
