How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I think clients should stay informed on the legal issues and therefore I encourage clients to pursue educating themselves and am willing to assist them however I can.

Chad P. Hemmat

Mr. Hemmat of Anderson, Hemmat & McQuinn directs the firm's civil litigation practice. He is a Colorado native and attended University of Denver College of Law. After graduation, he began to work at a prominent Hawaiian firm. During his time here, he was involved in the appellate litigation against General Motors. Mr. Hemmat and his firm have been extremely successful in their litigation practice throughout the years. In fact, he has been involved in some of the most prominent cases in the state of Colorado. 100 percent of his practice is devoted to litigation. He was admitted to the State Bar of Colorado, the U.S. Court of Appeals 10th Circuit and the U.S. District Court District of Colorado in 1991.
