I assist both birth mothers and adoptive parents in all aspects of adoption from placement to preparation of documents needed to obtain and finalize adoption. I assist step-parents seeking to adopt their step-children. I provide assistance to those needing to establish guardianships or conservatorships for minor children and adults alike. I provide a full-range of estate planning services including preparation of wills, trusts, living wills, and powers of attorney. For those that have experienced a loss, I am here to help you through this difficult time with your probate needs.

Fixed price services or fees are available for estate planning. Other areas may have fixed price services or fees, but these are determined on a case by case basis.

Initial consultations for family law matters are $50 for the first hour and $165 for each additional hour.

Our required retainers vary based on the nature, the complexity of the case, and the credit worthiness of the client. For divorce, a typical retainer ranges from $1,000 to $5,000, however some situations warrant retainers above or below these ranges.
