What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Clients who have an understanding of the law make wonderful clients. If a client is already familiar with the concepts then they will understand why I am taking a particular action.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

I am happy to review a client's document and provide advise relating to that document.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

It is my belief that an attorney who chooses to represent himself has a fool for a client. As such, I discourage a client from trying to represent themselves in any legal matter.
