What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Informing oneself in general is fine, but how can you win when you do not know the rules and the government agency is working against you? Theory is fine, but practical experience is what wins.

Are you willing to review documents prepared by clients?

I will review them, but they rarely prove helpful.

Are you willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

I will provide an initial consultation only.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

I became an attorney to help people in need of good immigration counsel. I'm a problem solver, I'm honest, and I have empathy for those unable to help themselves.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

Honesty, and a problem solver. Empathy for those unable to help themselves.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

Social immigration issues and business immigration issues are of great interest to me.

What do you like best about your career?

I like resolving people's needs and making a difference in their lives.

Tell us about your law firm:
