How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

The Atighechi Law Group started out as a civil litigation firm. Maryam Atighechi is a trial attorney and feels at home in the courthouse. Once she decided to open up her own practice and leave the firm lifestyle, she was approached by friends to handle their divorces and child custody matters. Through handling these cases, Maryam Atighechi learned that handling family law matters, including child custody, child support, spousal support, property dissolution and modification of orders was her passion as she was able to help people, be of service to both her clients and the children involved. Maryam Atighechi then decided to make family law her primary area of practice.

The Atighechi Law Group has had the opportunity to help others with child custody move away orders, abduction orders, restraining orders and other family law matters.
