Thomas D. Fazioli has been a plaintiff's personal injury trial attorney, author, and lecturer specializing in transportation (bus/truck/train), wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases since 1973. He is a member of the Illinois bar where he obtained several record high multimillion dollar jury verdicts and was inducted into the American Board of Trial Attorneys in 1989.
