Myron Moskovitz

Myron Moskovitz is a native San Franciscan who received his law degree (with honors) from the University of California in Berkeley in 1964. Since then, he has served as a law clerk for the California Supreme Court, directed the Marysville office of the California Rural Legal Assistance and was the Chief Attorney of the National Housing Law Project in Berkeley and Chairman of the State's Commission on Housing and Community Development. Coauthor of California Tenants' Rights, he has written many articles on tenants' rights, and he has won several important cases establishing new rights for tenants. He is now a law professor at Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
