Nolo's Professional Use License grants permission to use our products in a professional setting (for example, to prepare wills for multiple clients).

If you plan to use Nolo software to do any of the following, you need to obtain a Professional Use License:

• Produce documents for the public either for a fee or free
• Use as a teaching tool in any educational environment
• Provide to the public through libraries

Our standard license agreement is for individuals using the products for themselves, not professionals using our products in their practices.
