Thomas D. Fazioli has been a plaintiff's personal injury trial attorney, author, and lecturer specializing in transportation (bus/truck/train), wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases since 1973. He is a member of the Illinois bar where he obtained several record high multimillion dollar jury verdicts and was inducted into the American Board of Trial Attorneys in 1989. He taught trial advocacy courses at IIT/Chicago Kent College of Law and is a prolific writer and lecturer on transportation accidents, reconstruction experts, premise liability, malpractice, and insurance coverage issues.
